[OpenMap Users] Multi-point shapefiles

Hello,

I've recently begun using OpenMap to write shapefiles, and have encountered
problems writing multi-point geometries. It seems that OpenMap does not
support this.

I have modified ShpOutputStream to solve this problem. I have attached the
modification here, so that it can be included in a future release (I see
that this file has changed somewhat since the last release, so it won't be
quite the simple copy/paste I had expected). It has not gone through
extensive testing, but has worked for the few things I've thrown at it.
