[OpenMap Users] Coordinate Conversion

Hi

Is there any way to do coordinate transformation with openmap? Basically I'd like to go from lat-long-height to an Orthographic XYZ tangent plane reference and vice versa.

Lets say I have a radar that gives me azimuth, elevation and range to a tracked point. I know the radar's surveyed location. I'd like to be able to convert the AER to XYZ, then to LLH to display and archiving.

I've looked in proj and pro.coords, but I'm not feeling the love. Any advice?
