Don,

You were right on the money. Fixing the misspelled "openmap.Projection"
loaded the correct projection, and the image is displayed properly.

from:
openmap.Projecion=com.bbn.openmap.proj.LLXY

to:
openmap.Projection=com.bbn.openmap.proj.LLXY
