[OpenMap Users] line angle relative to north

Hello.

I want to create a OMLine() based on a LatLonPoint start, a angle
relative to north (not necessary up) and a distance (Length +
numUnit). I do not know the projection parameters when creating the
OMGraphic. Anyone know where I should start?
