[OpenMap Users] OMDrawingTool listener?

When the OMDrawingTool allows the user to create, with point/click, an
OMRect, who gets notified when that rectangle is created? As far as I
can tell, it disappears into the ether.

Is it the DrawingLayer that is notified? If so, how can I get hold of
that layer?
