[OpenMap Users] Setting black color of map area in Orthographics Projection in Zoom Out mode

Dear sir,
   Is there any property or methods to set Black color of Map area in Orthographics Projection in Zoom Out mode, show that only basemap is view ed and rest of area become in black color.
