[OpenMap Users] Setting BackgroundColor of area outside the Map in Orthographic Projection's

Hi,
   We are using Openmap in our Application .In Orthographic projection,the area outside the Map is black .so is there any way to set this area color . Like setting of MapColor (basemap) by Property File and MapBean's methods .
