[OpenMap Users] JToolBar usage in StatusLightPanel - LAF problems

The usage of JToolBar as container for the layer status light buttons in
the StatusLightPanel can cause LAF problems, e.g., when using the
Substance LAF where toolbars are shaded.

Is it really necessary to use a JToolBar as container?

I think a JPanel should do it.
