[OpenMap Users] OMGraphicList implements java.util.List<OMGraphic>

Hello.

In my application ordering of the OMGraphics are performed by a
Comparator that uses the OMGraphic.appObject that holds information
about the display priority.

Working on OMGraphicList would be a bit more elegant if OMGraphicList
would implement java.util.List<OMGraphic>. I know OpenMap should work
for older java versions than 5, but I am just dreaming here :)
