Have you tried setting the stroke to 0.0?

BasicStroke stroke = new BasicStroke(0.0f);
circle.setStroke(strokeDash);

Hello, how do you draw a circle or other shape with no outline?

I tried setting the line paint to null like this:

circle.setLinePaint( null );

but this resulted in a one pixel black outline around the circle.
