[OpenMap Users] how to get the current window and scale in the runtime

hi, Happy new year!

I am developing an mobile application based on OpenMap. In order to
increase the efficiency, it's necessary to manage ONLY mobile objects in
the current window. Then there is a question, how to get the current
window in the runtime? and the scale? Thanks.
