[OpenMap Users] No differencies between Arc2D.OPEN and Arc2D.CHORD!?

Hello OpenMap users and team,

It seems like no differencies between OMArc of type Arc2D.OPEN and
Arc2D.CHORD neither visually nor functionally (contains method working
the same). Is this a feature or a bug (or Java2D bug)?
