[OpenMap Users] Looking for: Dynamic layer... Anyone

Hi...
 We have a project going that needs a live vehicle tracking display.
I'm running out of time on this part so I'm looking to see what is
available.
 I'm looking for a layer to display points for a database(DB/2) with
text displaying
the unit name and status preferably with color coding.

So if anyone have a layer like this that they will share or sell, let me
know.
