[OpenMap Users] MapBean drawing outside its container?

We are using just the MapBean to draw single Shape Layer maps inside of
our own application. When we resize the container that holds the
MapBean it occasionally draws over the container boundary (see attached
screen capture).

Any idea why its doing this, and how it can be fixed?
