[OpenMap Users] PanMouseMode

Hello.

I am using the new PanMouseMode. It is very nice except for two things.

  * The image are flickering while paning.
  * After releasing the mouse button, the slow layers (?) are first
drawn at the position before paning. After a second or two everything
is ok.

Same things happens both with and without buffered MapBean.

Is this behaviour to be expected or am I doing something wrong?
