[OpenMap Users] Add a bmp layer

Hi, OpenMap Users:

I am new to OM, if this is a dumb question, please forgive me.

I have a .bmp file, I want to add it to the OM viewer as a layer, how to do
this? Any code reference is greatly appreciated.
