World file will give you UpperLeft real world coordinates (such as UTM or LonLat) and also will give you length of one pixel in X axis and also another value for Y axis. So if you get image width and height in pixels and multiply with length of pixel in X and Y values , you can get width and height in real coordinates and then you have to add these values to UPPERLEFT coordinates to get other LOWERRIGHT coordinates.
