[OpenMap Users] manuplate .img

good day everyone

since we don't have map for eastern region of our country KSA I am interst in
maniuplate a map which is .img using OpenMap

how could I use it since it the only map i have for our region and i have to
test it with GPS reciver in My navigation project.
