[OpenMap Users] VPF Latitude and Longitude

I am using Digital Nautical Charts and the com.bbn.openmap.layer.vpf
package to generate chart displays. I'd like to have the latitudes and
longitudes for each library that serve as the perimeter of the area
covered by that library. Is it possible to get this data from one of
the classes in the com.bbn.openmap.layer.vpf package?
