[OpenMap Users] two layers (I want to both capture mouse events)

Hi,
I have two layers that are merely dots on the map. One represents one kind
of weather reporting station and another represents a different kind. Since
they both can be on the map at the same time I am having trouble getting
mouse events for both (when they are both visible). I assume that is because
one is on top of the other. Is there a way to get them both to capture the
events?
