[OpenMap Users] Historical Political Boundaries?

Hi everyone!
 This is my first time with the OpenMap mailing
list... so I hope I'm doing this correctly!
 I was wondering - would anyone happen to know where I
can obtain a layer that contains the political
boundaries during World War II? I would use this
instead of the current political boundaries layer. If
not, how do I make one (easily, if possible?)
