I think the easiest thing to do would be to modify the
com.bbn.openmap.dataAccess.shape components, namely making the
EsriPolygon inherit from
com.bbn.openmap.omGraphics.labels.LabeledOMPoly, and then modifying the
com.bbn.openmap.plugin.esri.EsriPlugIn to set the text in the labels of
those new labeled EsriPolygons to the name from the DbfTableModel.
