Openmappers hi, Thanks for helping yet again...

I have been given a shapefile which consist of line data. When I load
the shapefile in ArcIMS Author the centerpoint of the coverage is a
bizzare figure: Latitude centerpoint=314134 and Longitude
centerpoint=177297. I tried loading the shapefile into openmap but
unlike ArcIMS Author, openmap will not zoom out to the extents mentioned
above..

I guess the solution is to convert my shapefile coordinates to real
world coordinates, is this right, and if so how do you do it? Is it only
possible with ESRI products?

Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks v. much!! Christian.
