Hi Brian,
Thanks for the heads-up, I reworked the tooltip handling so hiding them
set it current tooltip to null, and requesting one set it to the
string. The ToolTipManager only gets enabled when the shared instance
is first retrieved. I've checked that change into the cvs repository.
