[OpenMap Users] RpfLayer, problem getting it to draw (and help with debug messages)

Hello all, this question concerns the RpfLayer.

I have RPF data that draws perfectly when I use the OpenMap Application that comes with the default download. However, when I try to incorporate the Layer into my custom app, it doesn't seem to want to display. I'm not at all sure why, so here are some of my questions:

1) For the RpfLayer, I used the constructor with the Path to the RPF folder and added it to the map bean. My map bean is using the CADRG projection. Is there more to do than that (assuming the map is at the proper scale)? Or are there more parameters that need to be set on the Layer. I am doing this dynamically within my application. The user can dynamically add different Layers.

2) I believe the RpfLayer will not draw the data until you are zoomed into an appropriate scale. Is there a way to disable this so that the data is always drawn?

3) How can I turn on debugging for the default OpenMap app? I wanted to compare its debug messages with the ones comping from my app. Is there a command line option? I guess I can go into the code if need be, but I though a command-line option would be available.
