[OpenMap Users] Rhumb line calculation

Hi,
Here is RhumbCalculator class which helps doing Rhumb line calculation.
Algorithm was taken from http://williams.best.vwh.net/avform.htm.
This class needs some cleaning and optimalizations but works :-).
I've placed it in 'com.bbn.openmap.geo' package. Dan, I hope you find
it usefull. This class could be used in DistanceMouseMode to make
rhumb line distance calculations.
Sorry for Polish comments in source code. They should be translated.
