[OpenMap Users] Re: Lat/Long layer disappear in JDK(JRE) 1.4

Well, a 3.8 version wasn't released, but 3.7 seems to work fine for me
on jdk 1.4.2 on Mac OS X. Are you referring to problems with the
GraticuleLayer?

Interestingly, 3.7 was released on Dec 22, 2000.
