Hi Karl,
You might want to try merging components from the newer versions that
you need back into the version you require. CSVTileImagePlugIn might
not have to depend on Java 2, or may have parts you can clip out/change
to make it work with 3.7.
In fact, there isn't much in the 4.6 version of OpenMap that won't work
under 1.2.2. The src/corba tree won't compile, but you don't need
that. I think you only need to modify the I18N interface/BasicI18N
class.
