Hi Tom,

Interlacing the jpegs would be up to the encoder, which is controlled
by the ImageFormatter. You could use the
com.bbn.openmap.image.SunJPEGFormatter if it handles interlacing. I'm
not sure of the capabilities of the encoder are, but that's how you
would do things from the OpenMap side of the house.
