Hi Denny,

Are you talking about the user drawing on the image, or you
programmatically plotting points on the image the user is downloading?
The .NET portion of OpenMap is a webservice, so the former would be
pretty difficult, I'd imagine. For the second, you probably want to
get a com.bbn.openmap.layer.location.LocationLayer running with your
data. There's an example of one in the default OpenMap application,
and that same setup would work in an openmap.properties file configured
to plot points for an image server on the back end of your .NET
service.
