This is almost impossible to determine from the information provided.

I don't know if you want to make the data file available for testing,
but that would help. I'd modify the code to check out what is being
read from the file, and make sure the coordinates are decimal degree
lat/lon data. If they are in meters, OpenMap won't be able to display
them.
