[OpenMap Users] Lots of Questions

Has anyone ever done something similar to the following in openmap:
1. How can I use a .jpg and get the center of the image in LAT/LON.
2. Look for an object by color and shape.
3. Display the object by using an icon.

A. Has anyone used an image processing tool with openmap?
