[OpenMap Users] Mouse Wheel events

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any plans to add support for
MouseWheelEvents to the MouseDelegator?

My favourite way would be for them to be passed to the mouse modes as per
MouseEvents.

Any ideas/suggestions/thoughts?
