[OpenMap Users] trouble with web display of lat/lon points

Hello all,

I have created a web application with OpenMap (currently running with Tomcat
and shis). I am having trouble with my lat/lon points displaying in the
correct location on the static images I am generating. I tried both using
and extending the DBLocationHandler class, but the points did not even
display on the image.

Then, I created my own layer to access my db, create the points, and plot
the points. With this, they display in the wrong position on the map, and
this wrong position changes as you zoom in or out (the change is the same
for every point). I have tried using OMPoint, EsriPoint, BasicLocation, and
LatLonPoint, but I get the same result with all of these. The world map and
the graticule layer display fine. Any ideas, suggestions, etc would be
greatly appreciated.
