[OpenMap Users] Displaying Timer using Information Delegator?

Hi! everyone, I would like to outputing a timer information using
information delegator. I would like to have timer information display in
between coordinates and layers palette. From what I saw we can only have
one information delegator. But I am not so sure how do I get the
informationDelegator from the map handler? also would I be able to
output timer that's independent from mouse move event? Or does the timer
and coordinates info have to be updated at the same time?
