[OpenMap Users] [Openmap Users] How can I use a Pan for my map and also increase the speed of running

 
Hi,

I am currently using openmap to develope an application providing
user with map and locational information in interactive CDROMs.

I have all the options exept a pan for the map
ie, I want a hand to drag and view the map
 
Can anybody give me a solution for this
 
Please send some source codes.. for reference

Also the application is running very slowly... is there any measures to increse the speed.
 
If I select to load a layer, it takes seconds to load..
 
I request for suitable solutions from all of the openmap users...
