You have two choices - you can set the chart type in the properties
file for the layer - it's the .chartSeries, with the chart series being
the two-letter code for the chart type (GN, JN, ON, etc). You can run
java com.bbn.openmap.layer.rpf.RpfProductInfo
to get a printout of what chart types/codes the RPF specification
acknowledges, and their corresponding scales.
The other option is to bring up the palette for the layer, and then
click on the option to limit the chart selection to the one currently
being displayed.
Note that you can't view charts at *any* scale. They will only appear
if the map scale is within the scale factor of the base scale of the
chart type. For instance, for GNCs with a base scale of 1:5,000,000,
and the scale factory of 4 set on the layer, the GNCs will come up
between the scales of 1:20,000,000 and 1:1,250,000.
You can change the scale factor in the properties, but things might get
a little weird with the projection and how the maps are handled.

Check the attributes box on the palette, and attributes for each frame
will be embedded in the map. You have to be at the base scale of the
map for this to work, though. There isn't another really easy way to
tell, i.e., there isn't information being shown anywhere. I guess
clicking on the 'Limit selection' box will tell you.
