hi there
could anyone pls help me in editing the openmap shapefiles
iam using the GISToolKit Editor to make changes to the file but the toolkit is unable to open the openmap (dcwpo-browse.shp) file
but if i open some other shapefile (which i downloaded from some site) it opens w/o any error
y is there prob with the openmap shapefiles
y is there no .dbf file and lastly y there is .ssx file as against to .shx file with other shapefiles
is the shapefile format used by the openmap is different from tht of others
pls guide me
if u know any such link tht cud make the clear picture
pls let me know
