I don't think ShapeFileCrop was designed for that.

It depends on the Layer. Each Layer can be different, and there are no
requirements/interface for data accessibility. The
OMGraphicHandlerLayer superclass is designed to provide that kind of
interface, and some of the OpenMap layers that extend that class have a
getList() method.
