Thank you for the answer Don. I tested however the
ShapeFileCrop from OpenMap, but the "CUT" was not to
very good, i.e. it wasn't able to cut straight some
polygons, or some areas were left there.

Another question:
Is there a simple way to access from one layer, data
from another one? I found some hints on the forum, but
I was not able to do that. In a specific layer, I find
no reference to other layers, and the "findAndInit"
concept seems to complicated to me :(( , i.e. I wasn't
able to make something usefull of it.
