[OpenMap Users] Clipping question

Hi,

I'm using OpenMap Application with the default map in
Mercator projection.
I would like however to display only a part of the map
(Europe+Africa), so that the user can see only theese
parts of the world, independent of how he navigates.
I can't figure out how to do that in OpenMap.
Unfortunately I have no ArcView or such tool to "CUT"
only a part of the map (besides, a OpenMap based
solution
would be better).
Do you have any ideas how to make this?
