[OpenMap Users] Adding DTED data and ESRI shape files.

I use DTED0 as my base elevation data. If a user has additional DTED, can
this be added through the functionality of the "Add Layer..." layer's menu
once open map is running or does the properties file have to be edited and
reloaded?

Same question for an ESRI or ADRG layer as well as others?
