Hi Michael,

Are you seeing these errors using the VPFLayer to view these feature
types, or are you seeing them with your own code that is using the vpf
package components?

Does the function operate differently if the features are presented in
a certain order? I'm wondering if it depends on how the features are
read out of another file. It might be making assumptions based on what
the specification says.
