[OpenMap Users] Refreshing layers

I am using the openmap.properties file to pull from a web served csv file.
This works great, but the file is updated in realtime. Is there any way to
get an automatic data fetch for a CSVLocationLayer after certain amount of
time, or do I need to implement a new class with a timer? I sure hope not.
I was doing so good by just using the openmap.properties file.
