[OpenMap Users] layer not moving with it's geography...

We have the ability to draw circles on the map. We also have the ability to
convert those circles to PlotObjects (which implement the serializable
interface). Then those PlotObjects are added to a PlotObjectLayer.
 
However, since I've upgraded to a new version of openmap, the PlotObjects
don't stay in their geo coordinates... Can anybody help me out here?
 
I went through it and debugged it, and I don't see where in the paint
methods it asks the OMShape for it's coordinates...
