There's a bug in OMPoly, where the render method doesn't check the
matted flag. This is only a problem if the OMPoly internal Shape
objects are not being created, which is what happens by default.
There was a problem in OMGeometryList, too, where matting wasn't
handled correctly (it defaulted to its superclass OMGraphicList
methods, which didn't handle it well).
OMGraphicList didn't propagate the matting flag and matting paint
settings.
I have the code fixed, but I'm chasing down another bug, too, so I have
to wait to check things in until I rip out/check in my other mods, too.
