Hi Bobby,
Modifying the bounds in the OMText object might be a little more work
than you need to do. I think I'd just use a
com.bbn.openmap.omGraphics.labeled.LabeledOMPoly with a RENDERTYPE_XY,
and place the label in the center of the polygon shaped like a
rectangle.
