Hi Sivak,

The AreaDrawParams was kind of a redundant class and its functionality
was more fully. incorporated into the PoliticalArea class.

The csv file isn't really part of the Shape files package, but is
sometimes used to represent the contents of the dbf file. The new
version can read the dbf file directly.

FYI, OpenMap 4.6 is on the horizon, due to go final this month. The
beta is on the website.
