[OpenMap Users] Going from 4.2.1 to 4.5.4

I'm maintaining some software, and we're moving it from openmap 4.2.1 to
openmap 4.5.4 and I see that the
com.bbn.openmap.layer.shape.areas.AreaDrawParams class is no longer part of
4.5.4. Looking through the changelog, I don't see any mention of it.
Perhaps somebody can shed some light on what happened to it, and any tips on
porting the code using it to the new version.

We had to use that class because we've extended the AreaHandler class as it
was having problem with "searching" the shape files using the ".csv" file
that can accompany a shape file. Perhaps this is fixed in this version of
openmap? Does anyone know?
