Hi Molato,
There is nothing to display in a dbf file. The dbf file contains
attributes (additional information) about the geometries stored in the
.shp file. You can read their content directly by running the
com.bbn.openmap.dataAccess.shape.DbfTableModel on the dbf file:
java com.bbn.openmap.dataAccess.shape.DbfTableModel <path to dbf file>
or you can use the com.bbn.openmap.plugin.esri.EsriPlugIn to display
the .shp file and view the .dbf file contents.
